This spectacular home is situated in one of the best resorts on the Costa del Maresme, just minutes from the center of Cabrils C/32 near the highway that connects us with Barcelona in twenty minutes.

The house is distributed over two floors and a semi-basement.

Through a spacious hall entrance we access the first floor, which is situated the living area, comprising a large living room with fireplace and direct access to the porch, where you can carry out for its large dimensions summer events and parties from the same we access directly to a large swimming pool with views over the sea, the large plot of 2000 m² surrounding the entire property is landscaped with native Mediterranean plants.
