A beautiful oasis on the outskirts of Estepona, this apartment is located frontline in this frontline beach complex only a few minutes walk from the old town of Estepona with its plazas, cafes and heladerias (ice cream palours).

The apartment itself has amazing views to the sea, Gibraltar and Africa from its terrace, living room and both of the bedrooms.

There is a beachfront swimming pool set within the well designed and landscaped communal gardens with fountains and there is also a childrens play area.

There is direct access from the gardens onto the boardwalk and the beach.

There is also access to the communal gymnasium and saunas.

The Paseo Maritimo (board walk) starts just outside the apartment where you can walk the full length of the town.

At the other end of the Paseo Maritimo is Estepona Marina with its restaurants, bars and discos.

There is also a street market here on Sundays from 10am to 2pm selling all sorts of trinkets, clothing and other items.

Estepona is one of the few coastal towns that has succeeded in maintaining its pueblo charm and character.

Notwithstanding, all the tourist facilities are here, including hotels, restaurants, leisure and cultural activities, and shops.

Numerous street cafes and tapas bars still serve traditional Spanish delicacies and the steep, cobbled, narrow streets seem more suited to horses than cars.

You'll also find unusual shops and bodegas in Estepona, where you'd least expect them, all very inviting, very friendly - and very cheap!

A minute away is the local Carrefour supermarket.

Located a 40 minute drive from both Malaga and Gibraltar Airports, a 15 minute drive from Puerto Banus and 20 minutes from Marbella town.
